Lengthy sequence of photos showing Cuthona perca eating a small, donut-shaped (piece of? or small individual?) Diadumene (possibly Diadumene fransicana?). I'm also curious whether the white bits (dropping from its mouth, stuck on the side of the anemone and a few on the substrate) are some part of the anemone it doesn't want to consume; perhaps nemtocysts? I have unimpressive video if that helps, but these photos are sharper. @jeffgoddard @tgosliner

A few individuals within the black hydroids I observed last time (https://inaturalist.nz/observations/239370297). Those eggs are indeed theirs. Especially dark cerata with these individuals.
Added more photos from a dive the next day.

Both C. perca slugs I found yesterday at Lake Merritt seemed to have some sort of evenly-spaced, stalked growths on all their surfaces, perhaps some sort of parasite, fungus, virus or ? The overall impression was "furry." The other one, which I brought over to the microscope (https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/240871810), also shows these growths and was photographed by @audreyfalconer1, @pacificplankton, @leslieh, @ktnoonan, @chilipossum and possibly others as well.
Water quality data:
Temp: 23.6 degrees C
SAL-ppt: 33.93
pH: 7.89
DO: 86.6 (top)
Update: those might be ciliates in genus Scyphida, according to Jeff Goddard (see comments below).
