These appeared spontaneously in an area of my orchard I mulched a couple years ago with locally-produced hardwood mulch. I don’t know if they spread via seeds or intact pieces of pseudo bulb. @humblegardener any ideas?

Freshwater wetland environment. Never seen a worm like this. 100x magnification. Video and lighting observation showed a unique head structure with two holes and suctioning. Some type of filter feeding digestive system.
