While walking in the veld on a quite afternoon with several family members , I heard a tiny meow coming from a nearby ant-mound. On inspection we found two tiny little kittens, still very young, huddled toward the back of the ant-mound!

I found this little guy as a pupa nestled in my carpet. I put it in a jar and waited for the moth to emerge and when I first saw the moth I was so excited!😊
I have also submitted pictures of the moth to LepiMap and one of their expert’s opinion identified it as a Tycomarptes inferior.
