It's almost November now and I still see at least 3 of these every day. They also sometimes come out during the day. I don't remember seeing mosquitos at this time of year. Nowadays It drops to around 13 degrees Celcius at night

Courtship with the male (unfortunately not well in focus) perching and showing the ventral side of the last abdominal segments with species-specific color. The female is flying, at the top of the photo.
