Description

As I was approaching the crest of Primrose Ridge, I heard a high-pitched squeal and two marmots came racing by me downhill. Immediately afterward two wolverines launched over the crest, saw me and started back uphill. I whistled and this one turned briefly as I took this photo before it disappeared over the crest. When I got to the top, wolverine and marmot tracks were everywhere in the snow.
