So I think I got the right pulloff. There are 2 of these, and I can't find the second to compare.
Located at a termite bait station designed to protect homes from termite colonies. These stations use insect growth regulators to remove termite colonies from private property.
Suspect P. barbatus, but not sure. Still having trouble with these little guys. :) Nest entrance huge, very busy hole, otherwise flat, at edge of sidewalk slab.
