Around a dozen of these bees busily visiting a 'bee hotel' near greenway.
Red cuckoo bees? Do they travel in swarms?
There were about 30 of these flying red wasp looking insects flying together around a plant. Couldn’t find any information about what they are. They are smaller than a paper wasp or yellow jacket.
This observation is for the top/outer bee, the one with the white mustache. They are on a burrow. Afterwards, both flew away.
