My first snake of 2021, sadly it's a dead one.
My hungry shiba inu found it, I had to wrestle it out of her mouth.

Saw a little snake, brownish, when picking up a soil bag.

Snake in the garden on a warm day.

Found basking on a warmer day of the week. Massive, musked when netted. Fled into rock crevices instead of open water when released.

Not certain on ID, but I think a broad banded watersnake.
