I am the Invertebrate Biologist with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. I work to understand and conserve the rare invertebrate species of Texas through the assessment of existing literature or museum records and through surveys to learn more about their distribution and population status. All native invertebrate species fall under my program with a particular emphasis on Species of Greatest Conservation Need (SGCN). I have a particular interest in beetles and bees in particular those reliant on dune habitats as well as cave and spring obligate fauna.
