I have a broad interest in biodiversity; especially within the tall-grass prairie and savanna region of the Midwestern United States.

Primary taxonomic knowledge base: vascular plants, freshwater mussels, amphibians, reptiles.

Taxa I want to learn more about: native bees, caterpillars, beetles.

Other interests: ecological restoration/invasive species removal, wild foods/foraging, evolution, conservation, teaching.
