I'm currently an environmental scientist with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. My work focuses on threatened and endangered amphibian conservation in the northern Sierra Nevada, with particular focus on Sierra Nevada Yellow-legged Frogs (Rana sierrae) and Foothill Yellow-legged Frogs (Rana boylii). Starting in 2001, I've worked professionally in the realm of herpetological research and management with organizations such as USGS, National Park Service, and CDFW, among others. My degrees are in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology (UVM, '02) and Aquatic Ecology & Watershed Science (UVM, '11).
