I am a conservation biologist at the Elkhorn Slough National Estuarine Research Reserve. I was trained as a marine invertebrate zoologist and currently work with invertebrate communities as a part of native oyster restoration work. I also am heavily engaged in salt marsh restoration. So, my IDs of marine inverts and salt marsh plants are probably pretty good. For any terrestrial habitat -- I'm just dabbling and don't pretend to have any particular expertise.
