I studied ecology at the University of Vienna where I did my masters degree in vegetation ecology in 2016. After my degree I worked as field botanist for several projects and was engaged for 3 years in the Morava flood plains in eastern Austria. Since 2021 I am doing my PhD at the University of Vienna, where we are investigating the effect of climate change on alpine plant species. I have my main floristic knowledge in the montane and alpine regions of Austria.

Besides plants I am also interested in the animal and fungi kingdom!
