I am the chapter president for the Siskiyou Chapter of the Native Plant Society of Oregon. have worked as a contract field botanist in CA, OR, WA since 2006. Now, I primarily work for Oregon State University Jackson County Extension where I have the Land Steward Program and the Oregon Master Naturalist Klamath Siskiyou Ecoregion Course. I fit in as much botany to these topics as is seemly! I love introducing people to phyto-endorphins. I hold a masters from Arizona State University in Plant Biology. My thesis was flora of an area of Oaxaca, Mexico, where I lived for many years. My Environmental Biology BS is from Humboldt State University in California. I'm also pretty fond of birds, interested in almost any critter, and super curious about geology. What a great world!
