California boy, part-time wildlife scientist, camera trapper and amateur botanist that has the great pleasure to work on a variety of projects across CA on both public and private lands, and with an amazing set of scientists and nature geeks.

Current projects:

  • Survey for the Santa Cruz kangaroo rat (Dipodomys venustus venustus)
  • Wildlife monitoring for San Mateo County Parks
  • American Badger & Burrowing Owl Habitat Study for the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District

  • Research and field verification with local botanist friends to create a list of the Locally Rare plants of the Santa Cruz Mountains for the Santa Clara Valley Chapter of CNPS
  • Wildlife and botanical surveys on private ranches in the Tehachapi Mountains and Mono County
