I'm retired from the Prineville, Oregon, Bureau of Land Management where I served for 23 years as the botany program lead. I don't consider myself an expert but am fairly familiar with the flora of the drier parts of Central Oregon, and especially Crook County. I'm also learning to enjoy birds, and find pleasure being in the midst of all of Creation.
