Thank you BIOBLITZers!!

We had at least 20 groups/individuals out on the Bioblitz yesterday. We had over 200 observations submitted with 115 species noted. Right now, I need help with confirming IDs or suggesting corrections to the observations uploaded on 8/20. If you have a few minutes and can check out some of the photos missing IDs or needing confirmation or corrections it would be super helpful. Thanks again!!

SAVE GREENBURY POINT

If you have not heard, there is a report going around that the Navy is considering using Greenbury Point to expand the golf course. This would destroy the diverse habitats of the many plants and animals living there, . and further jeopardize the health of the Chesapeake Bay. Our community would lose an invaluable resource for recreation and nature. I encourage you to join the Save Greenbury Point group on Facebook for updated information and sign the petition.
