I do not want to end the previous identification of the varieties and do not want to simply synonymize them probably prematurely. I have simply attached the two varieties unchanged to Senega verticillata so that we can find a solution later.
The varieties must either be synonymized later if they are not accepted or they must be transferred to the genus Senega at a later date as soon as they have valid descriptions under this genus name.
Unintended disagreements occur when a parent (B) is
thinned by swapping a child (E) to another part of the
taxonomic tree, resulting in existing IDs of the parent being interpreted
as disagreements with existing IDs of the swapped child.
Identification
ID 2 of taxon E will be an unintended disagreement with ID 1 of taxon B after the taxon swap
If thinning a parent results in more than 10 unintended disagreements, you
should split the parent after swapping the child to replace existing IDs
of the parent (B) with IDs that don't disagree.
Have the subgenera and sections been created already? Based on the paper, I'd infer that P. verticillata will be in section Verticillatae
Edit: Saw all the new sections within Senega have already been created
