Young birder and photographer from Wilmette, Illinois (north suburbs of Chicago). Lakewatching/seawatching fanatic, always trying to learn more. In 2022 I completed a Cook County, Illinois big year, totaling 279 species for the county. In July 2023 I attended the American Birding Association’s Camp Colorado and met some amazing people and gained 42 lifers. My main “area of expertise” is north american birds.
