At first I thought it was the former, but after checking photos of the latter here: https://www.wildbienen.info/steckbriefe/eucera_nigrescens.php
and here: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/79059811,
I think probably it is the latter.
Actually, it is quite different from the E. interrupta here: https://wildbienenlexikon.at/bienenlexikon/eucera/interrupta/.
The only problem is the flying season. In Europe, E. nigrescens are common in May, while in my area, I saw them from June to August until now.
