One from the trip to Gilbert, AZ back in Nov. First time I'd seen one, I've seen these in CA since then, and apparently they are around on the coast which I really ought to visit some day.
Growing On the sidewalk near Pedregal de San Ángel in México City
This species is native to Pedregal in Mexico City. It was growing on the sidewalk neat Ciudad Universitaria.

Tiburón ballena observado hace unos años en Akal-J, parte del complejo marino petrolero de la zona del Activo Cantarell. lamentablemente pude observar a este tiburón ballena tratar de filtrar el agua de mar con una capa de aceite flotando en ella.
