I am currently in the process of going through my herbarium and attempting a second extraction, amplification, and sequencing on anything that did not work the first time. I am renaming the voucher number SA1, SA2, etc. This stands for "Second Attempt 1." If you see one of your records being updated, this is the reason. They are getting their own place in the herbarium, so that way everything will eventually have a sequence or be in a queue for additional attempts.
