Today (July 20, 2022), I submitted my 7,000th iNaturalist observation. The observation is of a great blue heron, at a local pond in urban Nanaimo.

If you have a chance, take a peek at my videos of dive observations which are posted on YouTube. These are of species such as the sunflower sun star, giant Pacific octopus, and at-risk inshore rockfish and pinto abalone.
