Our esteemed speaker, Dr. Gopal Singh Rawat, is a Senior Research Affiliate at the Wildlife Institute of India (WII) Dehradun, also and formerly Director & Dean of WII. He is an experienced Taxonomist and passionate field practitioner with decades of research experience, including in Eco-floristic studies. He is also the co-author of the newly released book "Orchids of Uttarakhand - A Field Guide (2023)."
