Learning Gate Community School is joining this exciting and educational movement by hosting their first BioBlitz event!

A BioBlitz is an event in which teams of volunteer scientists, families, students, teachers, and other community members work together to find and identify many species of plants, animals, fungi, and other organisms.

We will be conducting our BioBlitz for four hours. Each parent will receive 2 volunteer hours and 2 parent education hours for participating in this event.

Each group of volunteers will be assigned a community expert to assist in the data collection. Please sign up for the area you would prefer to work in, and please use one slot per adult that will be participating. less ↑
