Thanks, @k8thegr8, for pointing out all the cats!
My favorite observation of the trip, and possibly a Timberlake first (but definitely not the last)! Love me some @connlindajo. Look at that smile and happy disposition. Always a joy to see you, Linda Jo.
I've never seen an armadillo use a blind before but while looking out in this field I saw a clump of grass moving along. Covered quite a distance before the armadillo slipped out and gave me a few photos. Smart!

Also saw female 2 nights ago but too skittish for image.
I could not resist posting my own photo today. I am beginning my 9th year of iNat addiction!
(Photos taken at Cedar Park Park in Bastrop County last year at a Celebrate Texas Pollinators BioBlitx hosted by the TMN Lost Pines Chapter. Saw lots of bees and butterflies visiting the impressive wildscape garden.)
I saw several of these along the bluff at Rita Blanca Lake and had better luck photographing them than earlier in the day at Lake Meredith.

Can someone please help me identify this wren?
Surprise again! The real last observation from the weekend trip is a Pseudoscorpion that hitched a ride on the Mallodon ! So cool!
Adjusted the date/time and location to when the Mallodon was found as that seems more accurate to when/where the pseudoscorpion was found too.
A white mountain pink! The only one in a field of pink.
Took some photos between grandson's baseball games.
Temperature about 12 degrees F
Came across this photo of GREG LASLEY, one of my favorite iNat folks, and HAD to include as an observation. Realizing it may be "frivolous" info to some, I want to document how much help he has been to me and so many iNaturalists.
GREG LASLEY went above and beyond to fulfill his promise to speak to my Texas Master Naturalist chapter in Milam County, Texas on this date. This photo of GREG LASLEY was taken in Rockdale,Texas, while he was sharing his observations, experiences, and photographic skills with my El Camino Real Texas Master Naturalist Chapter.
Thanks, again, Greg.

I think this may be an adult female. Any thoughts on age or sex?
Just for fun, I'm uploading some images of a couple of the blacklight sheets that we set up at Matador WMA. This is the general scene we were dealing with much of the evening. So lean in and just try to photograph one critter at a time!
Such an enjoyable gathering with fellow iNatters at Matador and Gene Howe WMA's...
