the landscape is mostly flat and open, moist grasslands adjacent to diked marsh. There are scattered clumps of trees, and shrubs. We noticed faint clouds visible to the windward side of many of these- some were even forming adjacent to sightly taller plants if no shrub clump was nearby. A group of bee hives placed at the edge of a field had their own wispy shadows.

Further observation showed that the clouds were in constant motion and must be made up of many creatures. we approached one and were able to simply grab an individual from the swarm to be photographed.
