This appears to be the only species of harvest mouse in Minnesota. We noted the size; the slender toes, not quite connecting to the palm; the asymmetry of the front track; and the dropped toe 1 on the hind track.
Compared to the much smaller nearby spotted sandpiper tracks and similar sized nearby killdeer track.
Compared to nearby Solitary Sandpiper track which is similar in size.
No webbing. Snipe are not common here, but will come through the area during migration.
