An Ichneumoninae wasp found partially decomposed and flattened in a pitfall trap (Spain: province of Barcelona, 22.vii.2016). Body length about 16 mm. The propodeum reminds me of Cratichneumon.

Indoors, in a room with pet snails in the containers/terrariums, there is some dead wood and leaf litter from deciduous trees collected in nearby parks in Kyiv, probably there were eggs or larva (or host with them?). Dead wood and leaf litter were collected in two locations: 50.485034, 30.424483 (Syrets Park, 23.10.2023) and 50.451969, 30.456185 (KPI Park, 03.11.2023). Trees were mostly oaks (Q. robur) and maples, but maybe something else (bark and small branches with lichens were collected). I've indicated exact coordinates of the actual observation and radius that includes both locations where dead wood and leaf litter were collected.
