Closest Feather Atlas match was American Three-Toed Woodpecker, which are up at nearby Mt. Rainier (and would be exciting!). Doesn’t quite look like a Hairy to me. iNaturalist suggested Red-breasted Sapsucker (which Feather Atlas didn’t suggest, and I don’t really think is a match).
