Green pigments extracted from application of 10% KOH.
Effused-applanate to glomerate.
Maybe bovei-type dehiscence visible in bottom margin of third picture, not sure.
Average conidia dimensions:
4.13 μm x 2.11 μm
Will see if I can get ascospores.

Description
I've wanted to find this one for a while. I doubt much can be gleaned from my amateur microscopy, but I believe I found a condiophore and some hyphal bodies. The fungus has spread throughout the entire body, even emerging from the face between the antennae. It also seems that the fungus has "sewn" the body to the leaf with strands of hyphae, as shown in picture 9.

Description
Not sure what this is, but it appeared to be fungal and growing out of the grasshopper's head, so I picked Cordyceps to hopefully attract a "zombie fungus" specialist. The host (?) was alive, and crawling/lurching across the ground... not hopping.
