The little yellow appendages seemed to be on the top of its 'head' most of the time, like rhinophores, but who knows. Seems to have a digestive tract. No obvious shell or skeletal structure or fins/tail, but can't rule out fish larva I suppose.
<10 mm. Muck substrate.

Not even sure this is a nudibranch; I think it could be in Sacoglossa, but strategically seeking help from the nudibranch pros on this small stumper. Look at the forked rhinophores (second photo is better for this) and the eyespot placement!? Longish oral tentacles with opaque patches. Less than 10 mm, on coral rubble, about 15m depth.

This was Phyllodesmium sp. 7 in Gosliner et al (2008) Indo-Pacific Nudibranchs and Sea Slugs but was not picked up in their later (2018) NSSI2. To me it looks similar to some species of Flabellina (or Samla).
