Will add pictures at home Looks like a flock of barn swallows. Adult males have the deep cinammon breast and the blue upper back. The females have the paler underparts. There is also a similar looking flock on All about Birds.

Hard to say if there are also Tree Swallows here, or if only Barn Swallows. Tree Swallows are also shiny blue on top with pale belly. The markings of the white and blue swallows look like tree swallow, but they don't ever have the cinammon breast .
