Very northern point for this species.
Looking at satellite images, the points where I've seen cicadas in this area match regions of a river canion and adjacent rocky outcrops covered in 𝘗𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘴 𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳, 𝘘𝘶𝘦𝘳𝘤𝘶𝘴 𝘴𝘶𝘣𝘦𝘳 and extensive areas of tall 𝘌𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢.

This regions do not present the typical forest that we find in warmer places downstream in the same river, I supose this absence its related to the very thin soils produced by the outcrops.

This habitat acts like a sort of small island where I've seen other "mediterranean" species, like 𝘛.𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘢, 𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘤𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘴 and 𝘖𝘦𝘥𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘶𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘶𝘴.
