Found on a hill next to a seasonal river in a mix of eucalyptus and pine trees.
Jelly-like fungi on fallen tree stump
I suspect I’ve chosen wrong spider, but was closest I could find.
Spider was inside on wall. Has barely moved in two days.
Approximately 20mm leg span front to back, length of body possibly 8mm.
Field Notes - Found inside, approximately 5cm leg span.
Tiny red mite
Identified as Trombidiidae on Bowerbird by Matthew Connors: "A small and active mite found crawling among moss and dirt"
