Description

The weed like - plant was about 5 inches wide and 1 inch from the ground. It was green with pointed leaves and spikes on the side. I have seen plants like this in warm climates and it spreads overtime.

Description

This plan is from Madagascar now found all over tropical areas including South Florida all over the Islands the islands. Haiti, Teinidad, Jamaica. it is also know as miracle leaf or the life plant. It can grow about 1 m. Tall witith tick leaves curved with a reddish border. . It is also a medicinal plant they use it to treat High blood pressure, kidney stone and respiratory diseases. It is rich in T cells suppressive flavanoids. This plant is easy to reproduce. The seed fall into the ground and quickly grow and gives new plants it also doe not require a lot of care to keep alive that is why it is found everywhere in South Florida. It is known in Haiti as " Fèy lougarou" which means the monster leaf I am not sure why it carry that name but they use it mostly to treat kidney stone. This plant is truly a miracle plant.
