Beautifully symmetrical.
With Valeri Ponzo, an unsuccessful search for the Black-faced Grassquit (photographed 6 Aug, not searched for 7 Aug, not seen during one rather brief visit 8 Aug). We walked the short nature trail thrice, Key Deer Boulevard for a few hundred feet twice, and the trail east of the boulevard twice. The weather was hot, humid as hell, and sunny, with calm winds -- utterly miserable conditions. We both got our lifer Florida Thatch Palm (Thrinax radiata). We left at 1156 and drove to Southeast Point.
