Elongate, abdomen acutely tapered, wing sheaths divergent, prementum narrow <.5 head width, ligula very convex, lacks anterolateral sclerite S7-8, posterolateral hook present S5-9, small dorsomedial hooks present at least on S6-9 (I didn't inspect S1-5), cerci : epiproct <.5, very active, capable of quickly burrowing, 4th segment of antenna long and hinged, excessive setae on other antenna segments. These nymphs were easy to find at the ends of burrow trails in sandy beaches along the edge of the river.
