Road killed raccoon Mountain Creek Pkwy South bound side. Just outside of the Cedar Ridge Preserve and across the highway from Prayer Mountain (privately owned trails and mountain bike park owned by a local church). Speed limit is 40 mph. It becomes 35mph at the top of the hill
