This specimen looks most like the species described here: https://collections.nmnh.si.edu/search/fishes/?ark=ark:/65665/37703f02dcd8a42dc99a3942c24ea1c46
Its definitely not Scarus hoefleri (which I often observe in this location) or Sparisoma choati (which I have not observed, the coloring also looks quite different). Live specimens are frequently seen but hard to photograph so I decided to upload this recently dead one on the sea floor found at 3m depth about 80m from shore.
