Growing on an herbaceous stem that was embedded in mud.
Apothecia long stipitate, stipes nearly 1cm long, disc about 3mm wide. Yellow hymenium with white floccose stipe.

Excipulum textura prismatica/intricata
Found under dead decaying hardwood. Near dead elm tree.
Fruiting body had a yellowish-white hymenium. Crystal druses on marginal hairs. Paraphyses are thick and sharply lanceolate. Abundant irregularly globose crystalline masses. Spore and asci sizes a fit for L. clavigerum.
