Thornbill or Western whistler. Found in front of a glass sliding door, on the door step. It didn't acknowledge that I was very close so I thought it may have flown into glass door and was concussed. Picked it up (it didnt stress and opened its eyes watching me) and put in a basket with blanket (to protect against predation). After about an hour it perked up a bit and sat on the edge and flew off soon after.
