Description

Observed landing on a hollyhock leaf after flying near lilac tree and evening primrose. Not seen here before. Looks a little bit like hollyhock sawfly, but does not have the cinched in abdomen of a Hymenoptera. It looks more like a Coleoptera to me. Any ideas on its ID?
