Many walking on the forest floor. Even females were out! I dug little bit of burrows males were congregating but couldn’t find female. I probably need to dig deeper to see the female in burrow.

Under small bridge. Approximately 4 feet from the ground over stagnant backwater on the Willamette River. Nest 5 inches tall.
3-4 specimens located on cliff edge. Likely more are in general vicinity.
