I think Blackstripe. Almost no black spots on upper half of body above dark lateral band. Spots present appear dusky and diffuse. Have caught Topminnows resembling this at the site on several surveys.

I have surveyed this site many times and this particular pool behind the gravel bar has had lamprey ammocoetes on every visit. More than likely these are Southern Brook Lamprey (Ichthyomyzon gagei), a species I've collected adults of from the same site.
