I observed a number of small bees buzzing very close to the ground and only occasionally landing for just a second or two. But it looked like one was writhing around madly either on its own or wrestling with another insect (not great eyesight so I rely on what I can photograph with my camera).

This insect was originally thought to be the same as another 5 photos I captured but it might not be so I've removed it from the original observation and uploaded it on its own.
