Can you please Identify
Hatched this morning. Such an honor to host in the dill patch!
Single female observed ovipositing on Aristolochia fimbriata. At first observation: 94F, mostly cloudy, humid.
Probably multiple individuals of this species observed on African blue basil. (There are around 4 or so different Megachilidae spp. on this plant currently.) There are also multiple Megachilidae spp. on Frogfruit, Vitex agnus castus, Greek Oregano, Bidens alba, and Gaillardia pulchella at the location. I will post different observations for what might be different species. At first observation: 82F, scattered clouds, humid. There had been very heavy rains overnight. I was able to do only a few observations in the early morning and early evening this day.
