I think this is Mt St Helena morning glory
Unidentified insect located in a burrow/hole under a cover board. About 1" in length. Located in an oak woodland. Surrounding vegetation outside of cover board includes coyote brush and poison oak

Gold back fern on cut at upper edge of foot trail north of Creek to Hillside Church. First seen, near top of this trail. Woodfern with more goldback just above. Understory in these big oaks very open, down to creek.
