Found to the side of parking lot near top of drainage ditch. Growing in grass/fir needles with bark and branches mixed in. Blackberry, dandelion and buttercup growing next to it. Open canopy with cedars, maples and hazel nearby.
Tall thin stem opening to a umbrella shape with indentation at center when older. Plicate cap. Thinking it is closest to Parasola lactea due to spore shape. Although, it may be newer species like "neoplicatilis PNW01"

Cap: Plicate. Light brown pleated cap with grey between pleats. Darker brown in center surrounded by much lighter ring. Caps are parabolic and decurved when young. Growing to a convex parasol shape.

Gills: Gills are free with a distinct collar in between gills and stem. Gills equal, subdistant and narrow.

Stem: Shiny white stem, long and smooth, snaps in half, terete, clavate to rounded base.
