Olethreutes coruscana and Olethreutes ferrolineana - See Print References below. Forbes mentions in reference to Olethreutes coruscana, "Blue dots on basal part of wing evenly scattered; on apical part arranged in three oblique series, which indicate the outer side of the median fascia, and the edges of the subterminal fascia of coruscana, but with these fasciae no darker than the ground." - At that time, coruscana and ferrolineana were considered to be synonyms.
